COMMUNICATION AND DE-ESCALATION SKILLS: Equips staff with strategies to manage angry and distressed others, to promote safety, defuse potentially violent incidents and to resolve conflict. These skills give them confidence to deal with potentially risky and stressful situations in the workplace.
